  • Do you provide an attendant?
    Yes! A friendly professional attendant will be present to assist guests, ensure a smooth operation, and enhance the experience.
  • How much space is needed for a photo booth?
    A: We typically require a 8ft x 8ft space with access to a power outlet within 20 feet. This space allow's room for the booth, backdrop and guest interaction. Backdrops are 8ft tall.
  • How much time is needed for setup and breakdown?
    We require at least 90 minutes to set up and test our equipment before the event. Breakdown takes approximately 30 minutes after the event ends.
  • Do you have liability insurance?
    Yes! We are fully insured and can provide documentation if required by your venue.
  • Can the booth be set up outdoors?
    Yes, but we require a flat, preferably covered area with access to power to ensure the best experience. If the temperature is below 50°F or above 85°F, an alternative indoor location must be provided. Please note that backdrops are not available for outdoor events due to wind and safety factors.
  • Is your photo booth disability-friendly?
    Yes! Our photo booth is designed to be accessible, with an adjustable booth height and plenty of space for wheelchairs behind the booth to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience.
  • How do I book a photo booth?
    Booking is easy! Simply fill out an inquiry on our Check Availability page, and we’ll email you with date availability and a link to our seamless booking system. From there, you can select your package, customize your photo booth experience, and submit your deposit to secure your date!
  • What is required to reserve my date?
    A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your booking.
  • Do you offer custom packages?
    Of course! We can customize our services to match your event’s unique needs. Whether it’s a personalized neon sign, custom backdrops, themed props, branded photo templates, or unique print layouts, we’re here to bring your vision to life. Let us know your ideas, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your event depending on availability. Contact us for more details.
  • Do you charge travel fees?
    We serve Metro Detroit, and travel fees may apply for events outside our service area. Let us know your location, and we’ll provide details.
  • Can we personalize the photo booth experience?
    Yes! We offer custom photo templates, backdrops, and themed props to match your event’s style. Chat with us about any personalized neon signs or backdrop ideas you may have and we will be able to send you a custom quote!
  • Do you offer instant sharing options?
    Yes! Guests can instantly receive their photos via text, email, airdrop, or QR code for easy sharing. These sharing options are available for all of our photo booths!
  • Can we add our logo or event branding to the photos?
    Definitely! We can add your logo, event name, or branding to the photo template. Simply send us your logo and any design ideas, and we’ll customize your photo booth experience to match your vision!
  • Can I provide my own backdrop?
    Yes, you can provide your own backdrop! However, we cannot guarantee that all aspects of the backdrop will be captured by our camera. For best results, backdrops should be positioned 5-6 feet from the photo booth.
